Other or supplementary Regulations and General Commercial Terms and Conditions used by Entrepreneurs do not apply they will only become part of the contract if we give you our express written consent.

The presentation of products in our online store constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract. In order to conclude the contract, you must add the selected products to the shopping cart and place the order. The shopping cart and the data entered in the forms can be modified before placing the order using the available functionalities and messages displayed during the ordering process.

By clicking the button confirming and finalizing the order on the order summary page, you place a binding order for the products in the shopping cart. When your order is received and registered in the IT system of our online store, a sales contract is concluded. After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the order and conclusion of the contract.

3. Language and rules for consolidating the contract

The Regulations are also made available on the website of our online store in a way that allows you to obtain, reproduce and record the content.

4. Delivery of products

In some cases, shipping costs must also be added to the given product prices. The ordered products are delivered via courier companies cooperating with us. Detailed information about possible delivery methods and dates as well as shipping costs is presented when placing the order and in a special information tab on our store's website.

Orders are shipped within a maximum of 48 business hours, unless it is clearly stated otherwise in a given product.

5. Payments

The following payment methods are available in our online store:

  • Payment on delivery upon receipt of the shipment.
  • Electronic payments (e-payments) via the online payment service.
  • Payment by traditional transfer to our store's bank account. If you choose this form of payment, after placing the order, we will send you the transfer details via e-mail. The order will be processed after the full amount of the required payment for the order has been credited to our account.

6. Right to withdraw from the contract

In accordance with the information contained in the notice on the right to withdraw from the contract, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract.

7. Reservation of ownership of things

Products ordered in the store remain our property until full payment of the sales price.

8. Damage incurred during transportation

Applies to consumers: in the case of a consumer purchase at a distance, our store always bears the risk of accidental damage or loss of items during transport. If the ordered products are delivered with obvious damage during transport, please report such defect to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us. A delay in reporting such a complaint or contacting us has no consequences for your statutory rights (described below in the section on complaints) and their satisfaction. However, faster reporting helps us pursue our claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

9. Complaints: compliance of the goods with the contract / defects

Applies to Consumers: we are obliged to deliver the goods without defects. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Consumer has the rights specified in Chapter 5a of the Act on Consumer Rights. Under the terms specified therein, the Consumer may request repair or replacement of goods that are inconsistent with the contract, or submit a declaration of a reduction in the price of the goods or withdraw from the contract. We are liable for non-compliance of the goods with the contract revealed within 2 years of their delivery, unless we have specified a longer shelf life for the given goods - in which case the longer period applies.

In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the above provisions relating to the Consumer also apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of the activity performed by him/her. business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity.

We are liable only for typical damages foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract and their normal consequences, we are not liable for lost profits. Towards entrepreneurs (except for sole proprietorships exercising certain consumer rights) our liability, regardless of its legal basis, is limited - both as part of a single claim and for all claims jointly - to the amount of the price paid and delivery costs under the contract concluded with us sales.

Using the above-mentioned out-of-court methods of pursuing claims and resolving disputes are voluntary and can only take place if both parties to the dispute (Consumer and Seller) consent to it.

13. Final Provisions

None of the provisions of these Regulations are intended to violate the statutory rights of the Consumer. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Regulations and the rights of consumers arising from generally applicable provisions, statutory regulations will always be applied in place of the challenged provisions of the Regulations.

In the case of Entrepreneurs, Polish law applies to all contracts concluded with us, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

In the case of Entrepreneurs, legal persons under public law or separate public law entities, the court exclusively competent to resolve all disputes arising from the contractual relations between us and you will be the court competent for our registered office. The previous sentence does not apply to natural persons concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, if the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for these persons, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register. and Information on Business Activity.
